UFC controls an 80% market share of the western hemisphere, but ONE Championship controls 90% of the market share in the Eastern hemisphere.

He is very disrespectful towards other fighters. I liked him before and thought his attitude was always retaliation due to other fighters' behaviors. However ever since he signed up for ONE Championship I noticed he's just a disrespectful foul-mouth, what a disgrace! Brandon Vera the Heavyweight Champion seems to be a nice guy, there was no reason for Aliakbari to be so rude to him and be so arrogant saying his first fight must be against the Champion. Anyways before COVID-19 pandemic Arjan Bhullar was scheduled to fight Brandon Vera which was cancelled, that fight will happen sometime soon possibly this month or next month.

Anyways now that ONE Championship organizers saw Aliakbari's rude and disrespectful behavior, they'll probably take their time in giving him a fight. Let's hope they don't kick him out just like UFC.

Did you just start watching MMA yesterday? It's all a show. He's calling people out publicly in order to get momentum for a title fight. That's how things are done in MMA. It's done constantly in the UFC.

Sadly, Aliabkari's next fight is off as Malykhin has tested positive for Covid. OneFC is bleeding money and their cards keep falling apart.

I hated MMA. I only started watching in 2017 because I saw that Iran became active in it, so started following the Iranian fighters and some Caucasians and Central Asians as well

Ahhh. That makes sense. Yeah, unfortunately, in MMA the "soap opera" aspect plays a big role in the sport. Unlike other sports, each event has to be sold to fans and a big way this is done is by fake feuds and showmanship by the fighters. This is why fighters like Connor McGregor and Chael Sonnen basically play themselves as villains. Aliakbari has to do this as well and it comes across poorly because his English is extremely limited. I have had a conversation with Amir and he's actually a very sweet guy. He treats his fans really well and he's generally respectful of other fighters. The problem is he is being forced to be this type of villain in order to sell fights. Especially because he's Iranian. It's almost like what the Iron Sheik did in the old WWF days.

It looks like OneFC is keeping Amir on the October 30 fight card. Malykhin has been replaced by Brazilian Alexandre Machado. Amir is going to punch his head through the mat.

Edit: Never mind. This is also canceled. Machado realized that he is going to get killed and backed out of the fight. OneFC is trying to find a replacement but I doubt it will happen.

That Video makes me root for Khabib next Saturday, although i think that Gaethje will be his toughest Test.
If he gets past Gaethje, i hope to see finally Tony vs Khabib.
