Haha well my team is definitely Iran. As much as I like watching US being successful and improving their soccer, I always grew
Up playing soccer with Mexicans, in a way you could say that they taught me soccer. I just like their team. I also don't have many nationalistic emotions about the United States. Hope you can understand somewhat?

Well of course your team is Iran isnt that why we're all here? I guess if you dont have nationalistic feelings towards the US that could explain it a bit but I just never understood how someone could be born and raised in a particular city or country and not root for the team of that city/country. Maybe if they dont like their life perhaps? But from the bit I know about you personally I wouldnt say that is true am I right? I'm not bashing you or anything just to be clear, of course you know I wouldnt do that, I'm just trying to get an understanding here. Guess it makes a little sense but not entirely

I like my life. There is a mixture of moral, political, and personal reasons that I simply don't feel like Cheering for the US. It doesn't matter that I was born here. Why cheer for a country in which 50% of them wish you weren't even allowed inside? Where so many of them don't want you or your parents to be there? Where people constantly slander your parents country? What exactly have they done to deserve my support or respect?

Just a small counter argument. Just for your own thoughts.

The Ecuador keeper looks like he has to pee badly.

I'm like Keonkash, I was born and raised in England and consider myself kind of English but I'm pretty neutral about the football team and sometimes even root against them. I just don't have any emotional attachment to the team thats all

It seems like the ref for the Argentina-Venezuela match is TheWheels as many of his decisions are incorset.

The Mexican fans are now doing ole's for every Chilean pass and yelling puto when their own keeper punts the ball. Now it's 6-0.

Barring a comeback of the century in the final 15 minutes the other semifinal is Colombia vs. Chile.
