This shows Sohrab Moradi's (-94, IRI) training/competition day at the 2016 Pan Ams. He was granted special permission to "compete" in order to fulfill the 2-meet individual qualification requirement for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. He was not considered in the standings or results of the meet -- the primary objective of the 2-meet requirement is to be made available for anti-doping, not for lifters to actually
compete twice.
In fact, several Rio-eligible lifters have not actually lifted at two eligible meets (for instance, Lydia Valentin weighed in and was available for anti-doping, but she did not compete at the 2015 WWC due to injury). So Moradi treated this as a training day with just light warmups on the platform, so as to not interfere with what is an important meet for those in the Americas. He only took 3 attempts of his 6.
Given his 180/220 at the 1st Fajr Cup a few weeks prior, he is considered to be a favorite for a medal in the 94s at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.
