I think they should give it a try. Maybe for some friendly tournaments or in all tournaments for a whole year. This "last point winner takes it all" is beyond ridiculous, and reminds me of school yard football where last scorer is the winner.

the logic of this rule is that if a wrestler leads 1:0, he should fight to score more, knowing if he is defensive he will lose!
problem here is only if refs are biased!
