On IRIB3 they posed the question could Behdad have started at a lower weight 235Kg. The coach said there is no guarantee that he could have lifted that either.
Not convinced from 235 to 245 *IS* a big difference. He would have been placed on the board and could have attacked a higher weight.
The coaches need to take some responsibility for this result too
Of course he has the snatch WR and that is indeed something. I am just grateful that Behdad seems calmer and more like himself. He is still clearly disappointed and was staring off into the distance at times.
I truly hope he can come back from all this ... whether he has another Olympics in him is debatable given his injury record and the young lions snapping at his heels ... we shall see.“I swear it upon Zeus an outstanding runner cannot be the equal of an average wrestler.” - Socrates

People say Talazkhadze is a cheater blah blah blah. Baba our own gold medalist Moradi came back from a positive test. It's okay to be passionate fans but be objective

I am more worried about the young Bahador Molaei's injury. Bahdor is actually stronger than Salimi in C&J, but not as good in Snatch, he still can be a record holder, question is can he recover from shoulder injury and lift after operation without tearing anything apart....?CHECK OUT OUR FORUM RULES HERE: http://www.persianfootball.com/forums/faq.php
