Our weightlifters should relax and do their records. We will have several medals.

Best wishes to our athletes, including our weightlifters.

It's all going to start tomorrow with Rostami winning gold then Moradi/salimi then wrestling and taekwando. Let's go. Have some optimism

I know, but it's just sad that we always have to only win medals in those sports. That fencing is still bothering me

With those cheating Russians out Iran has a serious shot at making this the best showing in our weightlifting history at the olympics. I am hoping and praying our athletes perform up to standard and come home with many medals in weightlifting. If they do well and our wrestlers do well it will really make up the fact that nearly half way through the Olympics we have yet to get a medal.

                          Go Iran.

3 medals is realistic yet even probably but 4 is unlikely

now both Zielinski brothers are out for doping, Hashemi has a good shot for the bronze in 94kg.

if nothing special happens, Rostami, Moradi and Salimi will medal unless they bomb out or get injured, so 3 is the minimum. 4 would be great.
