I for one don't give a *&% about religion and its arguments (Sick and tired of seeing its consequences on today's world)

If you are not influential and don't use all that is available to you, you will have to deal with bullshit such as biased referees or conspiracy decisions. It doesn't just happen to our athletes, it happens to a lot of other countries.

You get really emotional after seeing Salimi cry! The guy did a lot to get here and he put more or less his health on the line! Big kudos to him for trying and damesh kheyli garm for defending his own record! He's a big pahlevoon in my book!

Having said that, after hearing the analyzers after the competition and looking at his lifts properly, I think to be honest his C&J was not correctly taken (both of them)! That is if you are gonna be too hard as a referee/jury! He's supposed to have both his arms completely straighten up directly with the lift in J but when you see it properly, you see in both tries, at least one of his arms gets straighten out completely a bit after he's lifted the weight up. It clearly shows that he had pain and could not lift the weights properly. The question is, why would the people in charge and the coaches let him take this risk against his own health and join the Olympic squad, even if he himself insisted to?!

In any case, apparently what Sajjad Anoushiravani continuously claims that the head of world weightlifting federation said "Iran was right but he couldn't do anything about it", seem to be completely wrong. Here is the head of the federations' comments about the issue:

What's done is done! Salimi should now make sure to regain his complete health and go to the next competition 110% and take revenge of the whole thing by taking back Rezazadeh's total record!

I'm done watching Olympics, I had no sleep last night because Behdad and our wrestlers were in my dreams, I dreamt that I was a there and jumped over to give Behdad the biggest hug. I have never had such a bad night of almost no sleep in my life.
