Players wouldnt listen to him, because he didn't
back the players when they complained OVER SHISHLIK BEFORE AC OROMIYEH TOURNMENT .
he lost the players then when he sided with volleyball president OVER IF players can order shishlik or not ..because of price of shishlik the Volleyball president said not AND hc sided with president..he lost team right there.

he should of resigned after losing to Japan in ac.


Difference between foreign coach and Persian coach is

WHEN ISSUE IVER SHISHLIK CAME UP GEW DAYS BEFORE THE TOURNMENT
the foreign coach would get free shishlik for players ALL IT TAKED WAS FOR FORIGNER COACH TO ASK AND IT WOULD OF GOT DONE.
and
If foreign coach demand shishlik for players
Got denied , the players saw he asked AND
THE issue is dead.

But Persian coach even if he ask and got denied
Persian players would still have problem with him
Not trying hard enough for them and still turn on him.

So for all team sports FORIGNER COACHES ONLY.

Much work required. The players are good but there is too much mental weakness.
