He should work on it, he's always reaching the limits and gets emotiional and ends up giving up crucial points.
Geraei, Abdevali (55 kg) and Ghaderian will be the guys to watch out for. Nouri and Mehdizadeh are no match against top wrestlers unfortunately, they really lack the fundamentals to become great wrestlers. What worries me is that there's no one who can truly be considered as a contender in Nouri's category.
