Iran is in group c with usa Italy and angola. We lost the first game to USA the best team in the world who haven't lost in the tournament since 2011. We will play Italy tmw and Angola the day after, even if we finish last in the group we won't be out and will play the winner of group c.

We played really bad against USA, I saw the game was live on Facebook. Like our team couldn't make proper shots in the whole first half of the game. Our defence wasn't that bad though in the first quarter.

Did you really expect us play well against USA (the center of Basketball gravity)?
Its like saying "shit we really played terrible in Ice Hockey against Canada, or why did "Tehran Joorab Ghermez" lost so bad vs "Boston Red Sox"?
Its not like we were in wrestling or taekwondo championships.

We lost against Italy too! Don't have high hopes for our basketball guys. That golden generation of Samad, Haddadi, Afagh, Kamrani, Aidin, Oshin and Arsalan won't be repeated. Our volleyball and handball are way ahead.
