When IFF doesn't even pay CQ or his assistants on time nor bonuses to our seniors that qualified to the WC! so what should we expect?? We will have more defections, we have a major issue with mis management, from the top down, ever since this cursed regime has ruled us, we have seen a country with so much potential go to waste! we have seen that religion has destroyed our progress, our peoples desire for growth, so when a country like Azerbaijan which used to belong to us, offers our people opportunity, they will take it and move on and live a better life.

This has nothing to do with religion or money. This is a man's desire.

If he wants to be Azerbaijani then let him be. It's his right, even if it is for a "better life".

But that doesn't mean he gets to enjoy support from Iranians or consider himself one.

Good luck to him, and hope this gets moved to the Intl forum

Azerbaijan's sport policy has been this for years.
They can't produce great athletes so they buy from anywhere.

Don't be naive, of course it does. If we didn't have a desert-dwelling, third world, religious regime, we wouldn't have so many defectors and exiled Iranians.

99% of PFDC would be living in Iran and not in the west. #Fact

Maybe not 99%, but at least 50%.

Today's globalization has made alot of people, even in good countries want to to immigrate.

This was the 10th Iranian going there.

The most famous are Milad Beygi in taekwando that is the world champion I think. And two good wrestlers saman tamasebi and Sabah Shariati. World and Olympic medalist.
