Cristiano is a great player and definitely strengthens Juve. But this move is all about marketing and growing the Juve brand.

      No No

Buffon would have stayed if they told him CR7 Is coming. Juve did not want to resign Gigi

I doubt they need growing their brand. Their brand is already known all over the world.
I went to Sharif University. I'm a superior genetic mutation, an improvement on the existing mediocre stock.

Not comparable to Real, Barca Man U, etc... Agnelli is trying to close the revenue gap.

Who knows if management even knew he was coming when Buffon decided he was leaving.
Buffon himself said that Agnelli always told him if he decided to stay, he was always welcome to.

Cant say im happy w how Juve have been treating players in recent times to be honest. They pushed del piero out but it was accepted cuz he was pretty old. Buffon is still good so i dont like how they pushed him out. Now they are pushing out Marchisio a home grown club legend who stayed loyal despite multiple offers during his prime. But a lot of that is Allegri.... Same way he pushed out Pirlo at Milan.

Ronaldo signing is for money and growing the brand so im ok with as much as i dont like his diva attitude but he'll change that at Juve. Idk overall today's football is going down the drain. With stupid money and idiotic decisions by clubs. I really miss the old days of pre 2007
