we will probably get our 6th gold medals from that Olympics ! Navab Nassirshalal who finished 2nd in weightlifting 105kg will be upgraded to gold medal. IWF just announced the Ukrainian guy Torokhtiy who beat Nasirshalal for the gold in his attempt failed the new "re-testing" of course the whole process will take long and Nasirshalal will receive his medals probably after 1 or 2 years. but he will get it for sure (Mohammadpour received his medal 2 years after the original report)
of course now IOC started this again we will have more and more athletes failing the test and more changes in the medal table but right now if we consider only this one. we will move up to 13th place in medal table with 6 gold, 5 silver and 2 bronze medals. that's by far our best ever Olympic result which unfortunately won't happen anytime soon.
