First win for iranian woman boxer : Sadaf Khadem

Elle était la première Iranienne à monter sur un ring, ce samedi 13 avril, et n’a pas tremblé. La boxeuse amatrice s’est imposée face à son adversaire française Anne Chauvin. Une victoire emplie de symboles.

I don't get it. Isn't she supposed to be covered if she's officially boxing for Iran?

      Damesh garm anyways!

She cannot go back to Iran because she didn't cover herself.

        Something PSGMan completely missed

It doesn't say she cannot, it says for the time being she won't and she has cancelled her return ticket.
I went to Sharif University. I'm a superior genetic mutation, an improvement on the existing mediocre stock.

Sadaf Khadem, who became the first Iranian woman to contest an official boxing bout, cancels her return to Tehran from France after an arrest warrant was issued for her in Iran’s capital

This source says it. The previous one didn't.

and since when they tell you "hey you have an arrest warrant" ?!! you know that when they arrest you !
and arrest warrant for what ? even in stupid backward IR rules she did nothing illegal. (because she had it outside of Iran) of course maybe right now after spreading such false news they really come after her for "تشویش اذهان عمومی" even though even that is unlikely. nobody cares about her

she is a nobody but people around her are doing a great job creating media attention for her which is important in this business but you never know. maybe all this is for just getting citizenship or asking for asylum. I hate it when people tell lies and create false stories for that. making it much harder for those who are really in danger and need it.

btw don't take her serious. everybody will forget her very soon unless she really does something in the ring instead of beating someone amateur somewhere in an amateur competition.

I was watching a program about my yard Mahyar Monshipour, another Iranian boxer in France and I guess he manages her. He seems to be a great boxer himself winning the world title a few times although he has made other questionable decisions.
