Last U20 WC, Iran participated . Iran won a match against Costa Rica but lost to Zambia and Portugal . Iran squad include , Shekari, Noorafkan , Ghaedi, Mehdikhani,....

Iran did not make it to the WC this time. Stupid IFF selected Pourgholami as a coach and decided to participated with a younger team.
Saudi Arabia, Japan, S Korea and Qatar made it.
