As I've said before I started to work as a scout for an agent for a while. Now that everything has been established properly. Obviously, the first thing I tried to do was to see whether we can bring some Iranian players.

I won't tell the player's name, but I had a good conversation with one of our players, he was part of TM for a while and has several caps. He was really good younger and in the Omid team. I watched several games and he still had it. There was just something weird for me, this guy is/was talented but instead of playing for better teams he kept going to worse and worse teams. Anyways, I had to ask him why this happened and he told me straightforward that he was only after good money but that he's still good and I need to watch navad his actions are always shown as the best of the week... I was shocked.

Then, I was like okay he may be like this, I don't know his background, I'll keep on contacting other players. Later, I realized that out of 10 players, 6/7 are totally the same way.

Now I realize that in our football, it's something really common. They just play, expect their pay and that's it. There's no place for dreams, hardwork,...

Now I'll take another example, I literally get 10 messages per day from black African players who just want to put their feet over here and get a trial in Europe. They don't care where, the money, nothing. There are guys who obviously will never make it but I also do get messages from professional players playing in the first leagues of South Africa, Tunisia, Morocco... Now, it was only a first experience for me and I'll keep on trying but do you guys think someone else will spend more time trying to find one hungry player in Iran or trying to make a dream come true for these African players.
