Hey everyone! I’m an Iranian-American living in California and have been an active PFDC member since 2004. I wanted to let you know that I’m representing Iran at the CrossFit Games on July 30-Aug 4! For those of you who don’t know, CrossFit is a sport that involves many varied disciplines such as running, swimming, weightlifting, gymnastics, and functioning fitness.
