I’m representing Iran at the CrossFit Games!

Hey everyone! I’m an Iranian-American living in California and have been an active PFDC member since 2004. I wanted to let you know that I’m representing Iran at the CrossFit Games on July 30-Aug 4! For those of you who don’t know, CrossFit is a sport that involves many varied disciplines such as running, swimming, weightlifting, gymnastics, and functioning fitness. I’m very excited to represent Iran and thanks in advance for your support. Here is a recently published article about me: https://www.scmp.com/sport/outdoor/c...an-us-crossfit. And here is the official CrossFit announcement: https://www.crossfit.com/sport/2019-...onal-champions. If anyone here does CrossFit or will be at the Games, please let me know!

Good stuff man, you look really fit and healthy, how do manage the energy and time to do all this whilst also being a practising lawyer? I like staying fit but I couldn't dream of getting to your level.

I'm proud of you, damet garm for representing Iran.

              Payam_Ali for TM.
I went to Sharif University. I'm a superior genetic mutation, an improvement on the existing mediocre stock.

The first prize is $300K. Which age bracket are you competing in? Also may I ask how did you qualify?

Realistically, I have no chance of winning. Just lucky to get the opportunity to compete. I’m competing in the individual men’s category. The top male and female from each country qualify, so I qualified by finishing first among Iranians
