lol. It’s literally one of the oldest and most ancient human sports. They tried to get rid of wrestling at the Olympics for skateboarding and the like. We need to avoid feeding into this thinking that unless you have MMA style competitions, then it’s boring.

Don't get me wrong, i love wrestling, i grow up watching wrestling as most of kids from Mazandaran, but GR was always boring and on top of that during my teenage years we sucked so bad in GR, the best we could have done was 5th place individually and not a single medal for over decade or more maybe
We became power in GR in last 10-15 years

iran coming out party was 2012 olympics
With 3 golds before that iran had 2 medals her history of gr olympic appearance....
it's truly amazing for iran gr wrestlers doing so good.....

Geraei loost the 1/4 Final Match after a tough 1/8 Match.
I know they call him the Iceman because he always stays calm....but i dont like his passivity Wrestling Style and the lack of pressure he puts on the opponent in the opening Minutes.
He will have a TUFF Time in the Olympics if he doesnt put some pressure on his Opponents from the beginning of the Match.
