Amongst our coaches, Aghaye Bana is the one with most integrity. He is not only one of iranian wrestlings biggest assets, he is a GOOD PERSON too.

It is joy to see our Farangi kar can also be among the best.
I guess the fact that it was a, tough and boring category and most of our wrestlers are by nature azad kar didn't encourage many to invest on this category.
Changing rules was huge. As the category was going to eventually die other than light weights
Fan ziad rado badal nemishod. Now more younger kids practice this category all over the world.
