            So excited about this game!
In the beginning of the season, I think most of us thought that the Chiefs will be back to the Super Bowl.
I was hoping for a matchup like this. Mahomes vs Brady. What a game!
Mahomes vs Rogers would have been great too, but to be honest I like this one better.
Super Bowl LV will be the 5th time Brady and Mahomes matchup. Brady won the first 2 games and Mahomes won the next 2.
            2018 Week 6; Patriots 43, Chiefs 40
            2018 AFC Championship: Patriots 37, Chiefs 31
            2019 Week 14: Chiefs 23, Patriots 16
            2020 Week 12: Chiefs 27, Buccaneers 24

Love both of these guys. Patrick is awesome and has such a lovable character. Kansas City will most likely be back to the Super Bowl for many years.
And for Brady, What a career he has had! The GOAT. I hope he plays a few more seasons. (Just recently finished watching The Last Dance. Brady reminds me of Michael Jordan. Close to the end of his career, can he do it one more time?)
For me, it is tough to pick a side on this game. I am like 51.5% to 48.5%.
Cant wait! I am going to sit back and enjoy this game.

CHIEFS VS. BUCS SUPER BOWL 55 ODDS, LINES, WEATHER FORECAST: SPREAD WILL STAY AT 3 POINTS DESPITE HEAVY KANSAS CITY ACTION; SPORTSBOOKS ROOTING FOR KC WIN BY 1 OR 2 POINTS

Don't expect the Super Bowl 55 spread of Kansas City -3 vs. Tampa Bay to change by kickoff.

              Updated: Feb 05, 2021 2:20PM EST

Right after conference championship Sunday, William Hill Sportsbook opened the Kansas City Chiefs as 3-point favorites against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for Super Bowl 55 and that number has not moved. It is not expected to by Sunday's 6:30 p.m. ET kickoff on CBS from Raymond James Stadium, either, despite heavy action on the Chiefs. Meanwhile, it no longer appears rain will be a factor in Tampa.
As of this writing, 68 percent of all tickets sold on the Super Bowl 55 spread at William Hill are on the Chiefs and 78 percent of the money wagered. It's quite common for the average Joe to bet the Super Bowl favorites but then for the "sharp" money to swoop in late and hammer the underdog. So, while those percentages may drop by Sunday, the spread is not expected to.

This is Tom Brady's 10th Super Bowl and he's 4-5 against the spread in the previous nine. He has covered the spread in four of his record six victories overall but all three straight-up losses came as a favorite.
On the flip side, the Bucs are taking 64 percent of all moneyline action +145 with the Chiefs at -165. Essentially, the book will be rooting for a Chiefs win of 1-2 points because then all that Kansas City spread money would be a loss for the public as would that heavy Tampa Bay moneyline action.
"We're definitely high on the Chiefs with the points, but nothing out of control," said Nick Bogdanovich, Director of Trading for William Hill US. "We're a little high on Tampa moneyline."
The team entering with the worse win-loss record (in this case the Bucs) has covered 13 of the past 14 Super Bowls – excluding games in 2017, 2014 and 2013 when the records were the same. Since 2003, only the 2016 Falcons failed to cover with a worse record than their opponent (Patriots). Overall, favorites are 27-25-2 against the spread in the Super Bowl and 35-19 straight up. When the favorites do win, they are 27-6-2 ATS.
The total has dropped from a high of 57.5 to 56 despite 72 percent of all tickets sold on the Over and 65 percent of the money wagered leaning that direction. Six of the past seven Super Bowls with a total of at least 53 have gone Under, and the lone one that didn't was New England's 34-28 overtime win over Atlanta in Super Bowl 51 when the total was set at a record high of 57. The game was Under at the end of regulation. The Over/Under is 26-26-1 in the previous Super Bowls (no total in SB 1).
"We're a touch high on the Over," Bogdanovich said. "We'll end up needing the Under big in this game. We're also going to need the Under in a lot of props, so we're definitely rooting for a lower-scoring game."

Injury-wise, there is little to report. It was known after conference championship Sunday that Kansas City would be without starting left tackle Eric Fisher. Receiver Demarcus Robinson was placed on the COVID list early this week to due close contact with a barber who tested positive, but Robinson has been cleared to play. Backup center Daniel Kilgore also was on the list but needs one more negative test Saturday to be cleared. The only Bucs player listed as questionable is tight end Cameron Brate, but he'll be out there.
Sunday's weather did look like it would be a factor early this week with some possible rain during the game – it's dry season in Florida this time of year – but that no longer is the case with clear skies and temperatures in the mid-60s projected at kickoff. It's possible now that bettors see no rain chances the total could bump up a half-point by Sunday with additional Over action. Rain usually leads the public to lean Under.

Props to the Bucs offensive & D line
They’ve dominated both lines & the game as a result
Too many retarded penalties in 1st half sealed the chiefs fate ..!
