I don't mind. I find the champions league boring until its quarter finals. Also as a huge Bayern fan I don't really enjoy our league games as we tend to win it all the time!!

I support the idea. Anyways football is dead.

They killed eurocup with 24 teams and best 3rd qualifying from the group and even winning the cup. They killed the world cup with 40 or 48 teams. The current format was perfect.
Nation league is useless.

Iran play in an uninteresting and corrupted confederation, and don't have any decent friendly. Our best players have to play in minor league so I won't be sad for all the top leagues that snubbed our talents.

Current UCL format was ok ( more or less like the current wc) even if some improvements could have been done.
Uefa just announce a new UCL format with 36 teams from 2024. It means football will be uninteresting from 2024

Turn it into American style sport and the big teams / rich teams will secure their positions forever. I fully support banning of both teams and players who join such a league. No wonder American companies are behind it.

Exactly. Its a win-win for them.
JP Morgan is financing most of this damn league. If they get Amazon, Facebook or Apple to pay them for broadcast rights, the momentum and money won't be stopped by anything.

Other big clubs i get because domestic league is not as relevant but why did English clubs are for it? Premier league is already a huge brand among all.
