Actually, we never really got outclassed by Top-Teams: i think 3-0 against Netherland was our worst result.

If i am correct the only Top-European side we never had to face yet is Italy. Just imagine Iran vs Italy in WC, what a dream match-up

He's probably going to stick until Qatar next year but Ronaldo should now just play his farewell friendly to get that record. He's won a major title with Portugal, scoring record is good. Portugal struggles in qualifiers and he's pulled them through in those moments many times.

Decent enough although he's doesn't seem to settle with decent. World Cup though is something a lot of generational players have missed on their CV. This he has to live with.
