Overall our FS failed. Medal and point wise. I liked Mohammadi as wrestler, but we need better coach. Our FS supposed to be our best category, yet GR did much better.

It's been a while that our level in freestyle has decreased unfortunately. I'm not very surprised with our poor results in FS.

However, our GR has improved so much. Bana is such a legend.

Not really they have 4 matches to play each, no guarantee

They have done some of the competitions before to be at this stage.

To my understanding, A1 (first place in group A) will fight B2 (second person in group B). Winner will go to compete for first or second place.
A2 will compete with B1 (our person). Winner to compete for Gold or Silver. Loser will get Bronze.

Many countries want Bana as a coach. He has rejected all offers to coach Iranian team.

I agree to have him as our coach. He said some of the GR athletes are in this Olympic for the first time. Similar to Sourian who did not do well in his first competition, Bana said several of GR wrestlers will be similar to Sourian and Dabir in the future.

The two more medals are guaranteed. The competitions for medals will start on Saturday for the third place. First and Second might be on Sunday. The last day of this Olympic.

Both are competing tonight (Abbasali starts at 10:42 PM pacific and Ganjzadeh at 1:32 AM pacific)

Trying to watch the Karate matches (before Iranians are up yet), but it's painful. So much stoppage/VAR checks, and most of the match is just hopping around without any contact.
