Infuriating first set of volleyball.

These guys have no excuses. We have a culture of blaming everything and everyone (systematic and personal) and there is no excuse here. Just do your job. Don’t make this an epic. You know you’re a better team, breathe normally and win.

So many opportunities to win that first set and we blew them all. Shitty receptions and bad service continue to be an issue.

Japan has no exceptional players but they do the basics right. Competency versus inconsistent talent. Usually competency wins.
