Nothing to complain about Japanese won fair and square.

Honestly one of the parts of the olympics I like least is the inevitable ridiculous things other Iranians say about our athletes, refs, etc etc.
The Japanese athlete was a great athlete! He won fair and square and, at least today, was the far better wrestler. Yes they messed up the scoreboard but if there was no scoreboard and you just watched the match it wasn’t even close.

Half of life is about managing expectations. Some people live their lives in perpetual disappointment. We are right to want to win every match and we have great athletes but not every one is a world champion. Our wrestlers are top 5 in the world, that is great!!

I am proud that they compete at this level and on this stage.

Ali Geraei was after entertaining rather watching the clock and managing his battle.
He managed to beat the Japanese guy before in Asian championship.

excatly this is what Ashkani said now in studio. Geraee won against this Japanese many times in the past but the way he wrestled today was a bit complacent….
nothing to complain about, the Japanse was the better wrestler today!

Gerai for me is still a wrestler who can beat anyone in this world, but today i saw an interview with Bana and he said Gerai has his own style and it seems like the tactics coaches choose dont work always on him
