I think Atri has a good chance for Bronze.

Man a bronze from Atri, a gold from Yazdani, 1-2 more medals in freestyle and 1 more medal in Karate (maybe even 2 if we are lucky) would be amazing. It would really change the outlook for our Olympics in Tokyo and overall make it successful. Until 3 days ago the outlook on Iran's performance at these Olympics looked very bleak.

Iran is now ranked #27 among Olympic nations for medal count (using Gold as the standard). We have 2 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze. We're guaranteed at least silver with Yazdani, but hoping for more (especially Gold!).

Not our best, not our worst.

Only major disappointment for me was our volleyball team, tae kwan do in general and a couple of our freestyle wrestlers.

Nevertheless great job by our Olympians. Onto Paris for hopefully more medals.

Would love to see medals in fencing next time, and hopefully with fans allowed to attend, Iroonis from Europe will make it like London 2012 atmosphere again!

I already am dreading the rajavistas buying all the tickets and ruining the atmosphere.
