The guy surely is a bright coach. Came long long way. From Swedish 4th level football to coaching Chelsea.
Promoted Ostersund from 4th to 1st division. Qualified them for Euro league (for first time i guess) by beating Gala and PAOK. Made it to the next round. Managed to beat Arsenal even. Then he made Brighton a respectable club in EPL. Well done. He is only 47.

Apparently new CEO made some suggestions to Tuchel and the formations he showed were 4-4-3 .

Tuchel got upset and shortly after he was fired.

People seem to have started turning against him already. He needs and deserves more time. That Chelsea team is a mishmash of strange players.

I’ve never witnessed anyone else bullshit their way to the top better than Potter. He is the case study of fake it till you make it.

It's Chelsea, even under Abramovic they were run on player power and the current American clown in charge is playing football manager. In hindsight, Potter should have held out longer and chosen more wisely.

Apparently the Brighton players also like the new coach more.

This is a good team this Brighton. Crushed liverpool for the whole 90 minutes
