Iranian girls’ volleyball team defeats Australia at Asian Championship

Iranian national girls’ U-18 Volleyball team managed to defeat Australia at the Asian Championship.

The Iranian team defeated Australia in three straight sets (25-19; 25-18; 25-16).

Paria Hajatmand, a top-scored player, could gain a victory with 12 points. Moreover, Setayesh Hosseini and Asieh Hasani managed to win with 11 and 9 points, respectively.

The Iran’s national team will compete against Thailand in the second competition on June 8.
