              Roster cut down to 15. Need to make 1 more cut before the tournament. There’s a lot of doubt around Haddadi being able to play due to still recovering from surgery back in January. They likely cut it down to 15 to give him a bit more time to see if they can get him ready to go

                          Seems Mohammad Amini started in that friendly. Hopefully he starts and plays significant minutes at the World Cup. Great opportunity for him to get some draft buzz if he can perform well

                              For sure. But it would be a fantastic start to get a young player drafted into the league and actually develop properly

                              thankfully he’s already in Monaco and will be able to develop there to a decent level at least. Would be great to have a new wave of young stars in Iran with Haddadi and others nearing retirement
