Sepahan sign Januario

PFDC – ESFAHAN, IPL champions Sepahan Esfahan landed the fist tranfer coup for the upcoming the 2010/11 season, signing influential midfielder Fabio Januario from Esteghlal Tehran.

The 30-year-old Brazilian playmaker became one of the best players in the league playing for Foolad Khuzestan in 2007/08 and Esteghlal in the following two seasons, with whom he became IPL champions in 2009 and Hazfi Cup winner in 2008 and will now re-join his former coach Amir Ghalenoei in Esfahan.

The still coachless Esteghlal already reacted and signed Brazilian midfielder Philip de Souza from Malavan Anzali for two years.
