Osasuna to take disciplinary action against Iranian duo

Loading...Goal.com – Osasuna are reported to be taking disciplinary action against Iranian duo Javad Nekounam and Masoud Shojaei after they reported back four days late for pre-season training.
Both players will undergo physical examination before linking up with the rest of the squad at their training camp in Estella, where they are expected to take part in rigorous training in an effort to recover fitness work lost in the four days absence.
According to the club’s official website, osasuna.es, the club will open two separate disciplinary inquiries before deciding on a course of action.
Nekounam could be set for an exit from the Pamplonan outfit. With one year remaining on his contract, the 29-year-old is believed to be the subject of a bid from Olympiacos.
