Shojaei turns down Turkey

PFDC – PAMPLONA, Masoud Shojaei has reportedly turned down a contract offer from Turkish side Bucaspor.

The Izmir based side, who earned a promotion in Turkey’s Super Lig last season, are eager to strengthen their squad as they have aquired former Manchester United striker Manucho, Croatia international Jerko Leko and former Osasuna striker Dady.

Earlier reports from Spain indicated that Real Zaragoza and another unnamed La Liga club were also interested in signing the versatile Iranian midfielder who has clearly stated that he wants to stay in Spain.
