VA plans finalised for Tehran, Hormozgan

AFC – TEHRAN, The implementation of Vision Asia – Projects Tehran and Hormozgan has officially started with the finalisation of their Strategic Development Plans (SDP).

A Vision Asia assessment team first visited Tehran on May 29 -June 1, 2009, while Hormozgan received its assessment visit from Vision Asia delegation from May 26-28, 2009.

After the visits, the Vision Asia team came out with a draft Strategic Development Plan for each project and then, held a Planning Workshop to finalise the draft plans in June 2010.

Vision Asia is AFC’s plan to raise the standard of football across the continent at all levels.

The programme takes in 11 elements of football development, including administration, coaching, refereeing, clubs and competitions.
