Iraq advance to face Iran in WAFF semis

Loading...PFDC – AMMAN, Iraq defeated Palestine 3-0 in the final group game of WAFF 2010 and will next face Group A winners Iran in semifinals on Friday (16:00 local time).
Mustafa Kareem’s brace and Nashat Akram’s penalty helped Iraq to being the only team with two wins in group stage.
Yemen, as best runners-up, will take on Group B’s top team Kuwait in the second semifinal.
The final will be held on Sunday.
