One minute silence for plane crash victims

MNA – DOHA, Iran football players will be silent for one minute in commemoration of the 77 passengers who were killed on Sunday night in an Iran Air Boeing 727 plane crash near the northwestern city of Urmia.

Iran is scheduled to play Iraq at the Al Rayyan stadium in the group stage of the 2011 AFC Asian Cup.

The Iranian players will wear black armbands during the match.
