Khakpour steps down as Steel Azin coach
MNA – TEHRAN, Steel Azin coach Mohammad Khakpour resigned on Tuesday, according to the sources from the Tehran-based football club.
Khakpour, who took charge of Steel Azin in last December, suddenly left while the team was in the training session. It’s said the former Persepolis defender has had problem with Steel Azin sports director Ali Parvin.
Khakpour had stressed that he was committed to Steel Azin to save them from relegation.
Steel Azin is currently placed at the bottom of the Iran’s Professional League table.
