2011-2012 IPL draw released

MNA – TEHRAN, Titleholder Sepahan will host Tehran giant Esteghlal on the opening day of the 2011-2012 Iran Professional League (IPL) season, while Persepolis will play Malavan in its home game.

Sepahan will play Esteghlal on August 2 in Isfahan’s Fooladshahr Stadium. Persepolis, who has recently defeated Malavan in Iran’s Hazfi Cup final, will face the Anzali-based team on August 3.

Tehran derby between Persepolis and Esteghlal has been scheduled for September 16 at the Azadi Stadium.
