Vision Iran refs get boost

AFC – HAMEDAN, Refereeing in the advanced Vision Iran projects receive a boost when a Referee Instructor Course is held here attended by 23 participants.

The course on July 5-8 is attended by referee instructors from Projects Hamedan, Fars and Isfahan. The course instructor is Hussein Askari Milajerdi asssisted by Esmaei Safiri.

The participants feel that holding such a course will help to improve the capability of the referee instructors and hope more professional courses will be conducted in the future.

“We are very pleased with the presentation of the materials and the laws of the game basic policy of the course. We are happy with the discipline and order of the course as well as the instructors.”

Milajerdi, meanwhile, feels that in such a short time, most important and practical subjects have been covered during the course.

“All the facilities were good. Most of the participants needed up-to-date new knowledge and information on instructing.

“So, I think this course has adequately covered all the relevant topics,” he said.

The modules covered in the course include new approaches and methods of teaching, dealing with mass confrontation, players’ equipment, fouls and misconduct, dissent by word or action and more.
