Esteghlal trounces Foulad Khuzestan 4-1 [VIDEO]

Loading...PTV – AHVAZ, Tehran’s Esteghlal has trashed Foulad Khuzestan 4 to 1 at the end of the fifth week of the Iranian Premier League in the latter’s southern hometown.
The fifth week ended in the early hours of Friday after the two played each other in the Takhti Stadium in the city of Ahwaz, Mehr News Agency reported.
Farhad Majidi scored for Esteghlal three minutes into the first half. Reza Norouzi drew it all level two minutes later.
In the 38th minute, Esteghlal’s Sharifat pushed his team one goal forward.
Milad Meydavoudi and Majidi scored in the 85th and 88th minutes to seal Esteghlal’s victory.
The game brought Esteghlal much-desired three points, helping it sit nicely at the top of the ranking list with 13 points in the bag.
