Mosalman invited to national team

PFDC – TEHRAN, Olympic team playmaker Mohsen Mosalman of Malavan Anzali became the second player to be added to the squad for the upcoming games against Palestine and Bahrain after Javad Kazemian.

The 20-year-old midfielder already participated in training on Tuesday and scored the sole goal for the “blue team”, which mostly consisted of reserve players and lost 1-2 to the “white team” in a training match.

Mohammad-Reza Khalatbari and Milad Meydavoudi were on target for the whites.

Iran will play Palestine in a friendly match on Wednesday as preperation for the World Cup qualifier against Bahrain on October 11.
