Mohammad Nouri added to Iran squad
PFDC – TEHRAN, Persepolis playmaker Mohammad Nouri has been added to the latest Team Melli squad, the club’s official homepage reports on Wednesday.
Nouri is the second addition to Carlos Queiroz’ initial squad, which already resumed training on Tuesday, after Hosseini Kaebi replaced the injured Khosro Heydari.
The former Sepahan and Saba midfielder has 18 international caps to his name, having scored four goals.
28-year-old Nouri showed good form recently, scoring the winners for Persepolis Tehran in Hazfi Cup and Persian Gulf Cup last week.
Asian World Cup qualifying group E leaders Iran will take on Bahrain and Indonesia in Manama and Jakarta on November 11 and 15.
