Andranik Teymourian sidelined for two months

TEHRAN TIMES – TEHRAN, Esteghlal midfielder Andranik Teymourian faces up to two months on the sidelines through toe injury.
 
Teymourian, who has been out of the Iranian giant for one month and was expected to return to the team within the next few days, will be out for two more months, according to the team’s doctor.
 
“The broken toe has been displaced and he (Teymourian) has to wait for two more months. He could return to his team in mid-April,” Sohrab Keyhani said.
 
It’s a blow for the Iran Professional League leader because Teymourian will miss Tehran derby against Persepolis on February 2.
