Aghily tipped to join Persepolis – report

TEHRAN TIMES – TEHRAN, Al Arabi of Qatar defender Hadi Aghily will reportedly join the Persepolis squad at the end of this season.
 
According to Qatar’s leading newspaper Al Sharq, the Iranian international has reached an agreement with the Tehran football team to join them for the next season.
 
With his current deal expiring in June, there had been suggestions that the 31-year-old defender would move to Persepolis.
 
Aghily started his career with Persepolis in 2000 before move to Saipa and Sepahan.
 
Separately, Borac Banja Luka keeper Asmir Avdukic joined Persepolis on Sunday for the rest of the season.
