Gençlerbirliği eye Karim Ansarifard [VIDEO]

PFDC – ANKARA, Turkish club Gençlerbirliği S.K. have 22-year-old Iranian striker Karim Ansarifard on their wishlist, Turkish national TV TRT confirms on its website.

The Saipa Karaj striker, who became the Iranian league’s top scorer this season with 21 goals, however, reportedly has famous Iranian agent Reza Fazeli negotiating with German clubs about a transfer to the Bundesliga next season.

Nevertheless, Gençlerbirliği, finishing ninth in Turkish Super League last season, are trying to make a move for the targetman, should a move to Germany fall through.

The club from the Turkish capital Ankara, who are looking to replace their leaving main striker Hervé Tum, will also observe Ansarifard in Team Melli’s friendly match against Albania in Istanbul on May 27.
