TEHRAN TIMES – ANZALI, Mohammad Ahmadzadeh has been named as new head coach of Malavan football team.
 
On Saturday, the 51-year-old coach replaced Farhad Pourgholami in the Bandar Anzali-based team.
 
Ahmadzadeh had been appointed as technical director of Malavan on Friday and less than 24 hours after he was named as head coach of the team as well.
 
The former Bargh of Shiraz and Paykan coaches lead Malavan in 2006-10.
 
Malavan is 9th in Iran Professional League (IPL) with 13 points.
