Vinko Begovic resigns as Pas coach

TEHRAN TIMES – HAMEDAN, Vinko Begovic has stepped down as coach of Pas of Hamedan on Sunday after disappointing results.

The Iran’s First Division team is 4th in the standings table, three points adrift of Esteghlal Sanati at the top of the Group Two table.

The team needs to finish the first to qualify for Iran Professional League.

The 64-year-old Croat has already coached Iranian giant football teams such as Persepolis and Foolad.
