Team Melli arrives in Dubai

Loading...Persianfootball.com – DUBAI, Team Melli arrived in Dubai to start an early preparation for Qatar World Cup qualifying clash.
Iran’s national team players and staff will reside at Iranian club facilities in Dubai where they will start their first practice on Sunday evening before leaving to Doha for the World Cup qualifier on June 4 in about a week.
The Team Melli players had a sound trip and staff did not encounter any difficulty at Dubai airport.
The trip was made possible by Team Melli sponsor Aseman Airline.
Meanwhile a planned friendly against Iraq on Monday is definitely off the cards.
22 players made the trip to the UAE while Belgium based Reza Ghoochannejhad, Russia based Alirreza Haghighi and Spain based Masoud Shojaei will join the rest of the team there.
