Carlos Queiroz in Qatar-Iran pre match press conference [VIDEO]

Persianfootball.com – DOHA, Iran’s national team football coach Carlos Queiroz indicated in the pre match press conference that Team Melli is very well prepared and ready to succeed in tomorrow’s crucial match.

“Fortunately we have all our players ready for the match and hope no injury occurs before the clash,” Queiroz told the reporters. “This is a critical match for both sides and we have three games to play and our goal is to qualify directly to the World Cup.”

The Portuguese informed the journalists that originally the team had planned to get to the hotel by bus. But due to the absence of the bus, the Team Melli players were forced to take taxis in order to get to their hotel.

Queiroz stated that the Qatar Football Association wanted to sabotage their arrival. The association is responsible for their shortcoming and AFC should consider handling the issue.

Overall, Team Melli’s captain Javad Nekounam also said that the team is ready, highly motivated and is looking forward to play a good match tomorrow.
