Akbarpour to miss match against Buriram

Loading...TehranTimes – TEHRAN, Esteghlal midfielder Siavash Akbarpour will not play against Buriram of Thailand due to foot injury.
Akbarpour picked up a foot injury whilst playing for Esteghlal in Tehran derby against Persepolis.
“Akbarpour will not play against Buriram because of suffering a bruised foot in derby, however Khosro Heydari and Pejman Nouri will be fit for the match,” Esteghlal Dr. Amin Norouzi said on Friday.
Esteghlal will face Thailand’s Buriram in the second leg of the AFC Champions League quarterfinals on September 18.
The Iranian giant has defeated Buriram 1-0 in Tehran in the first leg.
